Exchanges and Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days, completely hassle-free.
How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with labels and tags intact. The product should show no signs of use.
A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received the items you returned, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.

Delivery Time
We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, all orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours, and shipping will take around 5-7 business days depending on your location. We ship to all countries except some Islands.
Delivery details will be provided during checkout & in your confirmation email.

Where can I find my Track and Trace code?
You can find your Track and Trace code in the confirmation email we sent to you after your purchase.
Why is my Track and Trace code not showing any information?
Track and Trace information becomes available once the package has arrived at the postal company. Please note that there may be a slight delay in updating this information.
